    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp cinnamon
    • 1 tbsp ground ginger
    • 1/2 tbsp allspice
    • 1/2 tbsp ground cloves
    • 1/2 tbsp ground nutmeg

    Instructions

    1. Combine the ingredients in a small container (I like jelly jars like these) and cover.

    1. I like to get these in ‘chunk’ form (sticks of cinnamon, allspice berries, nutmeg nuts, etc), and grind them all in the a spice grinder. The flavour is so much more intense! Of course, it behooves you to go a little easier on your seasoning until you learn just how intense it is! (Whole cloves are VERY strong, especially fresh organic ones. Go easy!)
